Convert your Escapia reservation exports to VRPAccess parking passes in just a few minutes.

⚡ Quick Start (6 Steps)

  1. Escapia: Go to Front Desk → Generate Booking Correspondence → Click "Excel Recipient Preview"
  2. Save: Drag the downloaded file to your Desktop or preferred folder
  3. PermitDrop: Go to pointvex.com/app.html → Enter your license key → Upload your file
  4. Review: Check that the converted data looks correct
  5. Download: Click "Download All Buildings" or download individual buildings
  6. VRPAccess: Go to Reservations → Bulk Upload → Import your CSV → Done!
